In the dispersion problem, the primer or the top paint with low requirements can be considered from the perspective of formula cost without wetting dispersion additives, but the floating color phenomenon should be controlled within an acceptable range. The phenomenon of floating color and flaring can be controlled by adding controlled flocculation additives to the primer and top paint.
In the high-grade finish paint, titanium white slurry can be used with low molecular weight wetting dispersion agent, other organic pigment slurry using high molecular weight wetting dispersion agent, the two are generally compatible; If it is a fluorocarbon topcoat, it is generally necessary to use high dispersion and high weather resistance titanium dioxide, and choose the appropriate wetting dispersion agent to solve the problem of floating color; If the anticorrosive primer, building latex paint and anticorrosive topcoat are selected with good dispersion titanium dioxide, the dispersion effect can be achieved by directly using a high-efficiency high-speed dispersion machine with the help of wetting dispersion additives, eliminating the grinding process.
The amount and variety of wetting dispersion AIDS are not the same, so the amount needs to be added according to the production needs in order to achieve the best effect of the use of top paint.
